About the Presenters:

Dr. Daryl Green | Langston University, School of Business Dean/Full Professor

Dr. Daryl D. Green is a management strategist who deals with complex projects. Dr. Green is the Business Dean at Langston University in Oklahoma. He worked at Oklahoma Baptist University as the Dickinson Chair, where he distinguished himself academically, including the ACBSP Teaching Excellence Award and the Bison Sports Faculty Mentor Award.

In 2016, Dr. Green retired from the Department of Energy, where he worked in the Environmental Management Program for over 27 years. Before his 30th birthday, he managed over 400 projects, estimated at 100 million dollars.

Dr. Green is an award-winning speaker and author. He is the author of several books, including textbooks Impending Danger, Small Business Marketing, and Life After Retirement. Dr. Green has been noted and quoted by USA Today, Ebony Magazine, and the Associated Press. Dr. Green received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University, an MA in Organizational Management from Tusculum College, and a doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Additionally, he has taken advanced graduate studies/certificates from Southern New Hampshire University and the University of Vermont. Dr. Green is a past talk show host, a nationally recognized lecturer, syndicated columnist, and a personal advisor. These experiences place Dr. Green in a unique position to understand emerging trends.

Marsha Herron, Ph.D. | Founding Partner/Consultant, The Herron Group, LLC

Dr. Marsha Herron is a distinguished educational leader who combines academic expertise with practical experience supporting under-resourced student populations. As the Student and Organizational Success Director at the Oklahoma State School Boards Association, she leads initiatives to improve service delivery for under-resourced students across Oklahoma. Dr. Herron holds a Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Oklahoma, specializing in emotional and behavioral disorders. Through her consulting firm, The Herron Group, LLC, Dr. Herron extends her impact by offering comprehensive educational services, including program evaluation, systems design, student support services, and strategic planning. The firm empowers student-focused organizations across K-12 and higher education through data-driven solutions and AI business applications.
