2023 - 2025 OKCBCC Strategic Plan
During our 2023 OKCBCC Board Retreat, we developed a comprehensive five-year strategic plan to help guide our mission and vision for the organization and our members. With measurable outcomes, this plan focuses on key strategic priorities to support our continued success as an organization and provide a positive return for our members' investment. Our leadership and staff will use this plan to ensure that we're not wavering from our commitment to excellence in the community while we grow and adapt to our members' changes and needs.
